Well, Irish = 아일랜드어 and Mae = 오월 (literally, 5th month). So, 아일랜드어오월 (Airrendeueo-Owol) if you want the meaning translated. This is a bit long for a name, and I think impossibly long by Korean standards; you're better off simply calling yourself 매 (Mae) or 아이매 (Ai-Mae).

I think it might be "an Irishman(from Ireland)" meaning "아이랜드사람(a i raen deu sa ram)" This is my best shot.^^
