You need to practise talking on a daily basis, even if you only talk to yourself in the mirror. If you see a foreigner, you could smile and say, "Hello, nice day isn't it?" Or you can get a part time job as a tourist guide.

To speak fluently ,it will take you time . It comes with practicing a lot and it depends on how much you do practice in fact.How much time you spend speaking with natives or doing any activity, that involves listening, speaking and using English in general. Intensifying your exposure to the language will make you reach that level quicker. 加油：）
