No, it is not correct, Davood. Instead say, "I'll be sure to keep my promise." (first person) or "Be sure to keep your promise." (second person, imperative).

It is natural in the USA to say, "You can be sure I will keep my promise." It is not natural to only say, "be sure I will keep my promise."
