It's time to sleep. I will go wash up, brush my teeth, and use the loo/bathroom/toilet (options that sound more American if you want that) first.
Then I put my quilt aside and arrange my blue-and-white-striped/checkered (either stripes or checks) sheet to clean and swipe the dust off of it and make it neat and
tidy (the sentence almost makes sense, but not quite. Maybe change the verb “arrange” to be more particular- shake, beat, pat, etc.). Next, I grasp/grab the pillow and shake it to make the filling more
even, and then I put the pillow towel on it to keep up and down in order (I don’t know what you mean by “keep up and down in order). The
following step is to put the quilt back neatly. Subsequently (kind of a big and fancy word, not bad, but not often used informally), I take off my shoes and
coat, roll up, (what do you mean by roll up?) and get into the quilt pit (quilt pit? What do you mean?). Finally, I lay on the bed facing the
sky slowly (what do you mean by “slowly”? It’s not correct here but I’m sure there’s a way to say it). In around 3 to 5 minutes, I (will just) fall asleep (I would take out what I put in parentheses). I always back
against the bed whatever I'm sleep laying on the bed. (I don’t understand this last sentence)
