If you add to this a social recognition always in question or attending public exams every two years until achieving a desired public post, it seems clear that the life of teachers is not easy.

question and we attend public exams every two years until we achieve our desired vacant post in a public school, it seems clear that the life of a teacher is not easy.
good job! I changed the pronouns to "we" so that it sounds more like a quotation from a teacher :)
