Talking about training
I have been almost all my life a sedentary person, let me introduce you to my Epiphany or crisis of the middle age.
When I was in my 35 years old, I start to think about that I’m probably in the middle of my life. I was feeling really stress out all the time, I have some allergies in my body because of that and my state of mind was always bounded, like living in a cage.
I have a sense of a lack of new experiences, year after year, I told myself “you are going start and doing it regularly”, but was always the goal that I never accomplished.
I started to think that my life was pretty boring, I’m also , I was the fattest in my entire life.
So in December of 2021, I decided to change. I was looking to find a way to change myself, to knew other people with different habits, and to be healthier.
Since then I train every morning (or almost every morning ) from 7am to 8am, in the morning, five days a week
I have to tell you, something start to change in myself. I was happier, I make some new friends. I was out of my confort zone.
But the most important thing was my state of mind was in another level. I remember hating everybody the thursdays of every week. I was all the time tired at night, I was also grumpy. In the weekends I didn’t want to do nothing.
Now, I feel a new balance in my life. I look at the mirror and I feel good with who I am, and that shirt that didn’t fit, now is part of my cloth inventory.
Training change a part of how I am, now I am planning to run my first marathon of 5 Kilometers. I’m challenging myself, I’m trying to live I little.
