Ramadan is over! I have lost just one kilogram despite eating little. I have heard about the reduction of the metabolic rate, and I think I have it. However, I have nine months to lose around 20 kilograms, and I am still excited. I cooked some successful recipes during Ramadan. I made spaghetti, pasta, scones, doughnuts, and chickpea cookies. I was planning to make Greek moussaka, but I did not have time for that. I enjoyed Ramadan so much, and I hope you also had a wonderful time last month.
