Some corrections
Especially reading/watching/considering (verb required) the information I saw this morning
Makes me have a special sense- it's not wrong but feel a sense of urgency would sound more natural.
Control the amount of dinner I eat.
Just a comment on the topic. Looking after yourself is a good and healthy thing to do but your health is so important. Please don't diet so much that your health suffers.
