輔導教師Hi! Hope you're all doing well. Are all these sentences grammatically correct? Which one would be correct or more natural to use? Thanks in advance.
1 take the lid off the yogurt.
2 Peel the lid off the yogurt.
3 tear the lid off the yogurt.

Hi, yes, they are okay. Just don't forget to always capitalize the first word of each sentence.

Queti, first of all, all your sentences are grammatically correct. 😀
In my personal experience as a native English speaker, I would use the first sentence most often. This sounds the most natural to me. The last example verb 'tear' seems the least natural and since the action of tearing can be quite forceful, I would not use that sentence with a young child because they could tear the top off quickly and end up spilling yogurt on the floor! 😉

Take the lid off the yogurt. Most normal.
Peel the lid off the yogurt. Okay. PEEL works better for the thin plastic under the lid.
Tear the lid off the yogurt. Okay, if you mean to quickly and forcefully.
