I want to know whether China will be in war with the U.S. or not.

What I would like to know is if my mommy will heal from cancer. Mommy is 62 years old, she has stage 4 cancer. 
Initially the cancer attacked the ovaries, but now it has reached the liver, pancreas and lungs. 
Do you think she'll make it? 

I really hope my mommy will heal because she is very kind. When I was a little boy, every mornings , she used to make me pancakes with Nutella, margarine, chocolate cookies and Haribo candies. 
For lunch, she often made me burgers and fries― the "mom way". 
Burgers "the mom way" were burgers with homemade mayonnaise, ketchup, a double portion of bacon, melted cheddar cheese and pork. She would fry the bread in the bacon fat, which made it the best burgers I have ever had. 
No vegetables such as tomato or salad of course, I didn't like it and there wasn't enough place in the burger. For the evening meal we used to eat good French charcuterie and good French cheeses. Mommy used to buy 5 litre boxes of red wine and drank a little too much in the evening. She has four adorable little puppies. 
I'm worried about them. I have health issues too,. I'm obese, I live in a small flat and I am unable to take care of them. I am afraid they will be euthanized if mom dies.
