What do you think are the real reasons some people get promoted?

Je pense que quelques personnes sont promues pour des raisons justes, mais il y a beaucoup de gens qui reçoivent des promotions sans faire ses preuves. Par exemple, il y a une terme, le népotisme, qui concerne a quand les puissants mettent leur amis ou familles dans positions de pouvoir. Cela n’est pas bon, parce qu’il crée des organisations qui sont moins efficaces que les organisations qui promeuvent aux gens plus capables de faire le travail.

Ce ne sono alcuni.Uno potrebbe essere svolgere la propria responsabilità in maniera completa e soddisfacente per i propri superiori.Altro è avere abbastanza esperienza per una posizione che si può utilizzare a livelli più alti di un lavoro.Di solito come quando studiamo prendiamo primi passi per raggiungere al ultimo.Inoltre un cambiamento di ruolo o aumento di stipendio è sempre necessario per motivare il personale di un ufficio a finire i propri obblighi in modo migliore.In realtà le aziende in cerca di giovani neolaureati o esperti adulti offrono stipendi specifici per un ruolo e aggiungono qualche bonus negli accordi alla condizione di svolgimento che è arrivato alla buon fine.Essere umano è avido quindi noi facciamo tutto per guadagnare di più e realizzare i nostri sogni.

Je trouve que c’est à cause de l’entregent. Si elles sont des personnes aimables qui ont du charisme et qui possedent le don de rassurer les autres, et qui sont bien en mesure de capter la situation générale de la boîte où elles travaillent, ça leur donne des avatantages par rapport aux personnes timides et mal à l’aise. L’intelligence y joue un rôle aussi mais c’est plutôt l’intelligence sociale qui l’emporte sur les pouvoirs analytiques. Bien faire son travail ça aide aussi. Et vouloir s’avancer et introduire de la nouveauté et innover. Ça a une importance particulière de nos jours. Être ambitieux, en somme sans marcher sur les plates-bandes des autres et se montrer astucieux et serviable, tout en cultivant les relations interpersonnelles. Pour moi rien ne remplace bien faire son travail et être gentil.

I think there could be a few reasons why some people get promoted. First, when people show that they have the skills for a higher position. For example, they have the knowledge, the experience and the motivation. Second, people could get promoted if they have shown that they can managed projects and people by themselves and also, they handle their current job perfectly. And finally, I think another reason could be that they have friends that help them get promoted. In conclusion, people should always be looking for something new and not be stuck in the same position all their lives.

I have seen some people who were working hard and good at their career area, but never get promoted. They were shy and not good at socializing.They just keep a mild relationship with their bosses on work, never built a good personal relationship with them .They looked down up on these people who liked flattery.But every time, when they heard someone others got promoted ,they heart hurt and felt unfair about themselves.But if they got promoted, they didn't know how to manage the group.So, if you want to got promoted, the first important things is that you should be an outgoing person, communication is the essential skill for a manager.An introverted person needs to change himself before ready to be promoted.If it hard to change your personality, just do your best, you should understand that a diligent and capable person is also an important part of a group.You can win other's respect as well.The only thing you can't do is that never give up and doubt yourself.You are one of a kind.

Si los motivos no tienen nada que ver con la calidad del trabajo de la persona, hay situaciones donde alguien deja su posición en la empresa y alguien más recibe un ascenso para llenar la posición vacía.

Eine Beförderung zu erhalten würde jeder glücklich machen, erhalten sie aber nur wenige Arbeitnehmer. Zum einem ist Arbeitszeit sehr wichtig. Wenn jemand für vielen Jahren in einer Firma gearbeitet hat, ist seine Chance für eine Beförderung viel höher als für seine neue Kollegen. Außerdem, je mehr man arbeitet, desto erfahrender man ist und kann viele Aufgaben gut erledigen. Deswegen hofft einer Arbeitgeber dass er/sie zufrieden mit der Arbeit ist und wird nicht kündigen. Es ist nicht einfach, einen guten, leistungsfähigen Arbeitnehmer zu finden. Zum anderen ist es einfach eine Beförderung zu bekommen wenn man sehr hervorragend ist. Für die Leute die besser und schneller arbeiten als die Reste und ihnen fallen auch die orginnelste Ideen ein, ist es nur selbstverständlich dass sie ausgewählt werden. Meiner Meinung nach hat jeder eine Chance für eine Beförderung wenn man gut und klug arbeitet. Wenn es nicht passiert, sollte man vielleicht seinen Arbeitsplatz wechseln.

Pour moi c'est tout s'agit de réseautage. Bien sûr que d'avoir compétences et bons résultats sont important, mais si la personne qui va vous promouvoir n'aime pas vous, vous n'arriverez pas nulle part. D'ensemble, le réseautage est un facteur clé dans des affaires.
