LIVE CLASSES AND MEETINGS ARE POSSIBLE IN BUDAPEST !! Hello everyone! My name is Aletta and I am a native Hungarian speaker. I was born and raised in Hungary. Currently I'm studying in Budapest. I get a lot of energy from boundings, conversations, cycling and outdoor activities. I love to travell and I'm willing to challenge myself. I would like to emphasize how much my students inspire me, I get to learn a lot from each one of you ❣️ As a teacher I try to create a good atmosphere, I find it important for both of us to be relaxed. This is why I am more of an informal teacher but that doesn't take away anything from the quality of the lesson. I am patient and curious. I totally understand the mess that could be in your head when studying Hungarian grammar. I believe the best way to learn is by conversing and asking your questions. Lessons with me will consist mostly of conversation with an emphasis on pronunciation and grammar, however I can also help with more specific needs. If you have any specific requests feel free to message me and I will do my very best to help build lessons around them. My main aim as your tutor is to build on your accuracy, fluency, and confidence.

I met with Aletta twice while I was in Budapest to practice speaking in person before my simplified naturalization interview. I really enjoyed speaking with her and she especially helped with some common phrases and different question wordings. Her manner is warm and friendly, and she was very supportive and encouraging of my beginner/intermediate speaking.

I had a very nice conversational lesson with Aletta where we talked about different topics and the corresponding situational phrases and expressions. As it was intentionally a conversational practice, instead of pre-prepared materials and exercises, we went with the flow of the conversation and Aletta wrote down notes of the topics and expressions of the lesson which I was provided with at the end.
