I always strive to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment for my students. I’m friendly, enthusiastic, patient, and approachable, which helps build strong connections and encourages active participation.
I continuously motivate my students and create space for learning through mistakes. I provide gentle corrections and practice the target language with them to build both skill and confidence.
I make it a point to extend discussions naturally and ensure that every lesson is engaging and valuable. Before each class, I take time to review and research the topic to be fully prepared.

My teaching style depends on you—the student. In general, I follow the “I Do, We Do, You Do” model, along with the 70:30 principle, which encourages more student talk time compared to teacher talk time.
As a flexible and dynamic educator, I adapt my approach based on each learner’s needs and level. I incorporate a range of teaching styles including the Demonstrator, Facilitator, Delegator, and Hybrid styles, depending on what best supports the student’s learning.
I strongly believe that effective teaching comes from the ability to adjust and respond to the student, ensuring that every class is meaningful, engaging, and focused on progress.我的教材
