Vicky is honestly my favorite language teacher I’ve ever had 🧡 I can definitely feel how much effort she puts into our classes and she is very present while I share stories. I also appreciate how many examples she gives me for new grammar/vocab so that I fully understand. In the short amount of time I’ve been taking classes with Vicky, I’ve already noticed so much progress in my Tagalog! ✨

I have attended 4 lessons so far and have found each one to be extremely helpful for the development of my Filipino. Guro Vicky was able to pinpoint my Tagalog language level accurately from the beginning which was important for me since I had self-studied Tagalog previously. Her materials are creative, interactive, and tailored to my needs. She provides many example sentences for each word or topic we cover which helps me use new words with confidence. Lastly, Guro Vicky is a lovely person to talk to, keeps the conversation going, and gets me practicing my Tagalog. Our lessons are always fun :D Salamat Vicky!!!

Another fantastic lesson with Victoria! I enjoyed our discussion on the topic of food and getting familiar with new words especially verbs that I have not yet gotten exposure to. Victoria was well prepared for the lesson and as always she was very proactive in guiding me to speak more using my current skill set. Looking forward to our next lesson.

Just had my first lesson with Victoria and she was fantastic. She spoke at a good pace for me. She was very relaxed and prepared for what she planned to go through with me. I appreciated it very much! Will definitely keep up lessons with her. I think she will help in my Tagalog journey for sure!
