I am a certified Language Teacher from Brazil. I was born and raised in a quaint little corner of the world called São José do Rio Preto, in the state of São Paulo (and it is a pretty cool city, to be honest.)
I started studying foreign languages pretty early on, just diving into English and later on into French, Latin and other languages as well. I see language learning as a constance in my life, which is pretty cool I guess.
Besides studying languages, I am also a big fan of cinema, video games, music, writing, and pretty much anything in between. I am also absolutely fascinated by paleontology. I know, right? What are the odds?我的教學經歷
I consider myself to be very patient and understanding with students. I try to motivate and inspire students, as opposed to pressuring or forcing them. I am also quite good-humoured, and prefer not taking myself too seriously, in a way.
I enjoy studying and discussing grammar topics, as well as learning and teaching new words, slangs and idioms. I am a strong believer that learning a new language is far beyond simply studying its systems and functions. Therefore I am always keen to talking and discussing all kinds of topics related to culture, history, literature and what have you.我的課程內容與教學風格
I do have a coursebook which I tend to use with students who prefer a bigger touch of firmer structure, but what I really thrive on is creating customized materials for my students, specially crafted for their own needs and goals.
I would also say I am quite adaptable to the different pacing and learning style of each student, and so I try to adapt myself to their way of learning. I have had quite a good few years of experience doing that, so I can speak pretty confidently on this matter.我的教材
