Luisa is an incredible Spanish tutor! She has helped me so much with my speaking skills, which have always been my biggest challenge. She is patient, encouraging, and knows exactly how to push me out of my comfort zone while still making me feel supported. Every lesson with her is engaging and productive—I can tell that my Spanish is truly improving because of her guidance. She always finds ways to keep our conversations flowing naturally, and she explains things in a way that makes sense without overwhelming me. Thanks to her, I feel more confident speaking, and I’ve noticed real progress in my ability to express myself. Our class was amazing, as always! One of the things I really appreciate about Luisa is how supportive she is without ever making it too easy and coddling me. When I ask for help, she’s there with an answer, but if she sees that I’m trying to figure something out myself (even if give her my best “please just tell me” look after a while), she smiles and encourages me to keep going. It’s a great balance—she gives me the space to think things through, and it helps me feel like I’m really owning the language.

Luisa is truly an incredible tutor. When we first started working together six months ago, I could only speak in the present tense- and honestly, my confidence was at zero. Fast forward to today, and I was able to explain the stress of EVERY SINGLE DAY of my ENTIRE week: the context, what I did, how I felt, how I feel now, and what’s coming next. I spoke for 30 minutes (with some help, of course!), and it felt less like a Spanish class and more like chatting with a friend. Luisa creates such a comfortable space. We laugh a lot, and she always has thoughtful follow-up questions that keep the conversation flowing. What I really appreciate is that she doesn’t just hand me the answers; she encourages me to think and express myself, guiding me along the way when I need it. I’m so grateful to be learning from her. She’s not only helping me improve my Spanish; she’s helping me enjoy the process, too.

Luisa is an incredible teacher who really listens and gives me the space to express myself. I love how she doesn’t just jump in when I’m stuck—she encourages me to think of another way to say it or add context, and then helps me refine it after. It’s such a great approach because it pushes me to grow. She speaks at a perfect pace and introduces new vocab naturally. Today, we talked about healthcare, economics, and country comparisons—topics I didn’t think I could handle yet! She always makes me feel like I’m progressing and ends every class with encouraging words. She's superrr dope!

Learning Spanish with Luisa never feels like work. It feels like catching up with a friend. Our lessons flow like real conversations, whether we’re talking about hair, work, or whatever else comes up. It’s like girl talk that just happens to be in Spanish! I always feel comfortable, supported, and excited to keep learning with her. I genuinely love our sessions.
