Hi everyone!
I’m Alina.
I’m an English and Russian teacher on Italki.
I’m originally from Ukraine. Currently, I live in Leipzig, Germany. I’ve been teaching English for over 6 years.我的教學經歷
I started teaching English in 2016 when I moved to Indonesia. And since then I’ve taught all ages. From 2y.o to 80+. Now I’m teaching University students and primary students. I’ve taught in person, in groups, 1 on 1 and online.
The thing that I love most about teaching on Italki is to see my students grow and develop their skills, see them communicating easily, becoming more confident, and not worrying anymore. I love seeing students overcome the language barrier

Talking about my teaching style, I have a student-centered teaching approach. Throughout my experience and different training sessions, I know how students can benefit from learning a language. How to make it fun, engaging, useful, and keep students motivated.
In my lessons, I usually use presentations, slides, whiteboards, and free online resources.
I always give homework which they can do by the beginning of the next lesson, so I check and give comments.
I also created my special courses for children from 5-14 y.o. We learn sounds, letters, new vocabulary, simple structures.
For adults, I use a book (based on the level of my student) to structure our lessons and keep them in order.我的教材
