I am a TEFL certified and experienced English tutor with a diverse background in Customer Services and Quality Assurance; and I' m passionate about helping students achieve their language goals.
Currently, I tutor students preparing for IELTS exams, job interviews, daily English use, and travel-related language skills. My approach is focused on practical, real-world applications of English to ensure my students feel confident and prepared for any situation.
In addition to my teaching expertise, I bring a strong foundation in customer service and quality assurance, which has honed my attention to detail and commitment to excellence.我的教學經歷
I can describe myself as approachable, enthusiastic and respectful. I'm always in tune when in conversation in order for my students to feel that they are being listened to. I am an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, something which is crucial to the role of a competent teacher. If I can have a positive impact on my students' future, I consider that to be a job well done.

My background in customer service and quality assurance enables me to create structured and engaging lessons with clear communication and high standards. Incorporating my interests in, art, and fitness, I bring creativity and enthusiasm to my classes, making learning both informative and enjoyable. My goal is to help students build confidence and achieve their language objectives.

Noelene is nice, patient, dynamic and professional. I have never gotten bored so far and she makes me feel comfortable. I have learnt many words and expressions enjoying the classes. If you want to improve your speaking skills and get more fluent, just give it a try :)
