I have taught history to high school students and for three years I taught Korean to beginner students in Alabama. I mostly teach through conversations with coworkers who want to improve their English. I am taking courses now to become a professional teacher and wish to share my experience and knowledge. Currently, I teach English to elementary students and adults in Korea. I enjoy helping others learn and I love meeting new people. I like to talk about student interest as I think that is the most important thing to keep motivated. My classes will be geared toward the student's learning styles. Brittany creates such a comfortable atmosphere that I can speak freely, and she points out any mistakes in my vocabulary or grammar during our conversations. At the end of each lesson, she provides a feedback document highlighting incorrect sentences, words, and pronunciation, and she also gives me a writing assignment related to the day’s topic. After I submit my writing, she reviews it and gives detailed corrections every time. Since learning with her, my English has improved significantly, and I’ve completely lost my fear of speaking. If you want to become more confident and fluent in English conversation, I highly recommend her.
