I want to help your child succeed in school, feel confident in social situations, and prepare for the future. My lessons are designed to help your child develop their vocabulary and improve their speaking, listening, and reading skills.
I have a TESOL certification and over 20 years of experience working with children. I specialize in English lessons for kids ages 4-17. I believe in being friendly, clear, respectful, and prepared. I led music classes for many years before I started teaching English online in 2021. I like having fun with my students, and I believe in positive reinforcement!

My lessons are fun and well-organized and include materials from many different sources like ESL Pals, EPIC Books, Teachers Pay Teachers, ISL Collective, online articles, Baamboozle, Wordwall, Jeopardy Labs, and more.
During lessons, we focus on learning vocabulary and practicing speaking, listening, and reading skills.
I send feedback to parents and games to students for practicing at home. 🎯
Please note:
✅ An adult must be present with students under 7 for the first lesson.
🕖 30-min lessons are 25-28 minutes. 🚫 No 60-minute lessons.
💻 Lessons are conducted over ZOOM or VOOV.
🔔 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Heidi started to work with my 8-year-old daughter a year ago and all I can say is that she is an amazing teacher. The communication parent/teacher has been excellent from the beginning and my daughter is always looking forward to the next class. She improved a lot thanks to Heidi’s work (even her English teacher at school saw the difference regarding her vocabulary, accent and reading).
