Many french vowels are unusual, and mastering the pronunciation only come with practice.

Hi ! My name is Mathieu, born and raised in Paris, currently exploring the world.
I speak fluently English, some Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
Having been raised between two cultures, I consider that as a privilege.
It gifted me a with a different perspective on life, open-mindness and i'll enjoy having your own perspective on life.
My aim is to be a polyglot and I understand now that practicing in a environment where you won't have fear of making mistakes is key.
My goal is to make you comfortable enough so you'll feel free to make mistakes without self-judging yourself.

Each person learn a language for different purpose: Work, to fully embrace a culture, or because you fell in love with a country or someone...
I am here to make you able to handle conversations in the context you need.
I don't do classes like in school, I hate exercices, ... So my classes focus on conversational classes in French.
While doing so, I'll correct your pronunciation and grammar.
I'll increase your vocabulary so you can talk easily about your passions, work, relations, goal in life, and your vision of life.我的教材

J'adore apprendre avec Mathieu, parce qu'il me donne toujours des réponses et des corrections rapides et précises. Il est aussi toujours calme, gentil et perspicace. On peut parler de sujets quotidiens, voire de philosophie et du sens de la vie. C'est l'essence de l'apprentissage d'une langue – ce n'est pas la langue elle-même, mais l'échange d'idées.

I've had 4 conversation practice lessons with Mathieu thus far. Lessons are always a pleasure as Mathieu poses interesting questions to keep the conversation rolling, all the while helping me out with complex sentence structure and difficult vocabulary. He is an encouraging teacher who is genuinely interested in what is being shared. He also makes sure to give me sufficient wait time to process my responses and makes sure that I have plenty of speaking opportunities.

Nice conversation with Mathieu. He's a great teacher for practicing conversing but also good for correcting and giving grammar rules.
