We had a largely conversational class this time. Darwin is great because he seems to address your needs as they come.

Darwin had several interesting pieces queued up for the lesson. He did a totally awesome job preparing for this lesson, guiding me, asking me questions about the material. I was really impressed and it is an honor to be able to learn with Darwin.

I've had several lessons with Darwin and am looking forward to many more. Darwin comes to each lesson well prepared with a clear plan, including vocabulary and grammar concepts to cover, so we make great use of our time together. We discuss a variety of real-world topics that have helped me build useful vocabulary, and he provides clear explanations, helpful feedback, and materials to review afterward. Before starting lessons with Darwin, I had spent hundreds of hours listening to and watching Spanish content but had barely practiced speaking and was quite nervous about doing so. Darwin has been excellent at helping me bridge the gap between understanding some Spanish and actually speaking it. His patient, encouraging approach has helped me build confidence, and I think he would be an excellent teacher for anyone in a similar situation. If you're looking for an organized, patient, and well-prepared teacher, I highly recommend Darwin!
