I really enjoy working with Justine. Her lesson plans work for me: each week she gives me 20 minutes of prep homework, and in class she first is able to draw me into (for me) complex conversation before we turn to the topic of the homework. We conclude each week with a review of vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation, all of which she has recorded in a shared google doc for me to review.

I have had 12 lessons with Justine and from the trial lesson onward, I feel comfortable making mistakes! She exudes a fun calm and is totally engaged with me during the lesson. Her notes and corrections which we review at the end of the lesson are indispensable. I have been very inhibited in oral conversation, and with Justine and the Italki platform, I feel that I am overcoming a big obstacle. Lessons are very enjoyable as well as educational.

Excellent teacher! I learn so much in every lesson. It is personalized to me and my language level. Each lesson is fun and interesting. She is always patient and encouraging. We go over corrections and Justine sends me notes specific to what we went over in class and what I need to work on. She adapted the lessons to how I learn best and she makes sure we practice conversation and oral comprehension. I feel that every important aspect of learning a language is covered extremely well. I look forward to every lesson and I am progressing much faster than I expected. I am so thankful that I found Justine!
