Originally from Toronto, Canada, and currently residing in Mexico, I integrate my passion for travel, cultural exchange, and language acquisition (currently advancing my Spanish proficiency) into engaging, globally-informed lessons. My professional journey has taken me across Central America, Europe, and Asia, enriching my teaching with diverse perspectives. I am a kind and patient English teacher who is TEFL Certified and has over 20 years of teaching experience both in person and online.
I have taught students of all age groups and walks of life. I truly love helping students increase their confidence and reach their goals.我的課程內容與教學風格
I provide a placement test for students that helps me to diagnose specific areas they need to improve in their English and create a personalized lesson plan ready to address their needs.
During lessons I provide kind and gentle feedback that reinforces what the student is learning.
I feel it’s very important to help students to feel comfortable as they learn. So lessons with me will always be encouraging, fun and supportive. I also strive to offer lessons that are interesting and challenging, adapted to each student.
I use a wide variety of interactive materials in class and provide students with homework so they can remember what they learn and apply it in their daily lives.我的教材
