Through lessons with Profe Carmen, I've gained knowledge and confidence for my upcoming trip to Peru. Her immersive style and variety of teaching methods always make lessons effective and fun! Plus, she is patient and thoughtful--sometimes picking topics she knew would be useful to me in Peru. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

carmen's classes are 🔥 always enjoy my time with her and wish i can spend more time with her. she isn't as available as she use to be as her classes are more popular! each class is always challenging for my level yet still within reach to build upon previous lessons and fun enough to make progress

another excellent lesson

My weekly conversation class with Profe Carmen has become one of my favorite parts of my week! Our classes are always so much fun and I love the variety of topics she chooses- some of my favorites have been Peruvian food and culture, different types of love and love languages, superstitions, and gentrification. She always asks me really great questions that challenge me and help me learn new vocabulary. Thanks to my lessons with Carmen, I feel like I’ve gotten a lot more confident speaking Spanish outside of class with my friends and loved ones which has been my goal for so long 😊 Can’t recommend her enough!!

I like how Carmen’s exercises help me understand grammar topics. I feel like they prepare me for use in the real world. By the end of class I am more comfortable with them
