Hello everybody!
I am Karolína, a 30-year-old language enthusiast originally from the Czech Republic, currently residing in Mexico. My passion lies in in language acquisition and cultural exploration. Over the past seven years, I have cultivated extensive experience teaching English both online and face-to-face. When it comes to the Spanish language, I specialize in instructing and utilizing the Latin American variant. Shifting to my native language, Czech, I bring two years of teaching experience to the table. Recognizing each student's uniqueness, my approach centers on a personalized connection. Through conversations, I grasp individual preferences, assess language proficiency, and pinpoint preferred learning methods. I adapt strategies based on tried-and-true techniques, ensuring a proactive introduction of diverse methods for those yet to discover their preferences. My priority is the student's comfort. I use multimedia like movie clips for phrasal verb instruction, stories for reading and pronunciation, and assign audio tasks as homework. Karolina is an amazing teacher, Czech language is difficult but her explanation is really clear and easy to follow; she is very patient, provides lots of examples and encourages you to keep learning.
