Carlos is an excellent teacher. I've been practicing Spanish with Carlos for many months, and every week he makes an effort to ensure the lesson is productive and flows easily. I mostly prefer practicing conversation, but if we run out of topics to discuss Carlos always has something else available for us to work through. He's very easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable practicing - which is not something everyone can do.

Carlos does a great job of listening patiently when I speak, quietly typing corrections or suggestions in the chat for me to review later. When needed, he’ll repeat what was said for clarity and to offer a more natural phrasing. He keeps the conversation flowing with natural responses and good questions. He knows English, so I can always ask how to say something if I get stuck. At the end, he gives an overview with helpful advice in the areas I struggled and suggests what I can focus on to improve What I enjoy most is how easy he is to talk to. He keeps the conversation at my pace. I’m at an intermediate level, so I have a lot I want to say but not always the words to say it. Still Carlos understands me well and helps me express myself. He speaks clearly at a natural pace, so I never have trouble understanding him. He’s a cool guy and good teacher
