私は、外資系の製薬会社で長い間働いていました。そこで新しい薬を開発する仕事をするとともに、外国人とのコミュニケーションの重要性を学びました。私は元々、日本語を学び、日本の文化や歴史に興味を持っている外国の人が好きで、そういう人に日本語の勉強をサポートしたいと思っていましたので、リタイア後、日本語教師を目指し、昨年公認の日本語教師の資格を取りました。趣味は、ゴルフ、プロ野球観戦、映画鑑賞、旅行、ミステリー小説、プラモデルなどです。 My name is Fujio HAYAMA. I was working for some foreign affiliated pharmaceutical companies for a long time, and in charge of new drug development. I learned importance of the communication with foreigners there. I originally like foreigners who are studying Japanese and interested in Japanese culture and history, so I really want to support such learners of Japanese. My hobbies are golf, walking, professional baseball movies, traveling, mystery novels etc.

我的教學經歷

My career of Japanese language teacher [Japanese language teacher training program]  Entered Human Academy in March 2020  Took a lot of trainings/tests to be a Japanese language teacher and performed more than 20 trial lessons  Completed the program (420 credits) and obtained the official qualifications of Japanese language teacher in March 2021 [The Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test administered by the JEES]  Passed on October 25, 2020 and obtained the 2nd qualifications of Japanese language teacher [Asao Language School]  Joined in July 2021 as a trainee teacher and performed over 20 on-line private lessons  Obtained qualifications as a certified teacher in October 2021

我的課程內容與教學風格

I think the most important matters in a private lesson are: (1) Produce the lesson in accordance with the learner’s purposes and needs/requests (2) Enhance the learner’s satisfaction and keep learner’s motivation for study continuation (3) Increase the learner’s speaking time as much as possible and make corrections on the spot if any errors/mistakes Therefore, I will carefully confirm your purposes of learning Japanese, needs, requests and level etc. by preliminary communication with you, and then I let you choose one of the following 5 courses. A: Free talk B: Grammar C: Listening and speaking D: Reading comprehension E: Business related matters (Combined courses are acceptable.)

學士學位 - 農学部生物化学工学科培養工学専攻東京教育大学（現筑波大学）微生物を利用して、ブドウ糖からビタミンC（アラボアスコルビン酸）を産生させる研究を卒論のテーマとした。

開発本部　部長MSD株式会社 - 東京, 日本複数の製薬会社で新薬開発部門での管理職を経験。長期間在籍した外資企業について記載。社名は買収により都度変更される。日本オルガノン（株）→シェリーグプラウ（株）→MSD（株）

Reading through a news article on a current topic and reviewing in detail with Mr. Hayama's guidance is most enjoyable. Hayama-sensei's knowledge and skill at explaining really makes the written material resonate and results in a much better understanding versus plodding through on my own.
