teaching & and creating the “Cozy Mandarin” podcast for 2 years… Two truths and a lie: One of my biggest passion is cooking. I went to study in the US, because I was a sports fan (and that's what I told the visa officer). I chased after a thief in Paris.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my focus on creating a positive and zero-stress learning environment. I believe that language learning should be enjoyable, and I strive to make my sessions engaging and fun. I can relate with you, language learners. I have learned 3 foreign languages, and have been fascinated by the process, the ebb and flow. Do not overthink. Let's just have a good practice! :)

我的課程內容與教學風格

As a tutor specializing in Chinese conversational practices, my approach is rooted in the concept of comprehensible input. This involves: - communicating mostly in Chinese at just above your current level; - ensuring that you can understand the majority of what is being said (over 80%); - yet still challenging you to pick up new vocabulary and grammar structures Throughout the tutoring session, I incorporate lots of repetition and varied practice opportunities to help the student become comfortable with new topics & expressions. My lessons are suitable for students of from intermediate to advanced levels. If you are interested, feel free to drop me a message!
