Ready to make real progress in English? I'm a friendly and experienced TESOL-qualified English teacher from the UK, bringing 11 years of classroom expertise and over 12 years of online teaching right to you.
I love helping students of all levels conquer all aspects of English, especially when it comes to IELTS and Cambridge exam preparation. My goal is to make learning engaging and effective, building your confidence every step of the way.
Originally from Reading, England, I now live in the beautiful centre of Italy, with my husband and two boys. Outside of teaching, I'm happiest under a blue sky, exploring the mountains, doing yoga, diving into a good book, or relaxing with Netflix:)我的教學經歷
As an educator, I bring patience, motivation, and flexibility to every lesson. My goal is to empower students by providing experienced guidance and unwavering support as they work towards their individual goals. I provide a diverse range of English language lessons designed to help you pinpoint and strengthen specific areas. My key focus areas include exam preparation (IELTS and Cambridge Exams), Business English, conversational fluency, grammar, and pronunciation.
I believe a relaxed, comfortable, and enjoyable learning environment is crucial for effective progress. My teaching approach is highly flexible, meaning I will customise each lesson to meet your individual needs and learning style. Throughout our sessions, you'll receive constructive feedback, corrections, and suggestions. I have had very good experiences learning with Clair. She is an excellent teacher – supportive and patient. She provides feedback every time you make a mistake without interrupting when you speak. The courses are also very flexible. She prepares for every upcoming lesson and sends you learning materials, but the lesson topics can be adjusted depending on your needs. I recommended her to my sister too. I'm very confident in saying that she is the best English teacher I've ever met.

Clair helps me to improve all areas of my English. Our lessons are always well structured. Clair pays extra attention to those aspects with which I have particular difficulties.
