🇬🇧 Hi! I'm Paula Munar, a Spanish tutor from Colombia with over 4 years of experience teaching students from all around the world. I love creating a positive and relaxed environment where my students feel comfortable learning and making mistakes. I'm friendly, patient, and enjoy helping others reach their language goals at their own pace.

🇬🇧 As a teacher, I focus on communication and confidence. I encourage my students to speak as much as possible while correcting mistakes naturally. I ask questions, guide conversations, and use examples from real life to make every class engaging and useful.

🇬🇧 My lessons are interactive and customized to your level and goals. I teach from beginners (vowels, colors, numbers) to advanced learners focusing on grammar, conversation, and fluency. I use presentations, games, dictations, and memory exercises. I also offer Spanish for travelers and business Spanish.
🇪🇸 Mis clases son interactivas y se adaptan a tu nivel y objetivos. Enseño desde principiantes (vocales, colores, números) hasta avanzados, enfocándome en gramática, conversación y fluidez. Uso presentaciones, juegos, dictados y ejercicios de memoria. También ofrezco español para viajeros y español para negocios.我的教材

Paula is a wonderful teacher, especially for beginners. She makes sure you have the basics down before moving on to anything more advanced. Her teaching style is very relaxed and motivating. Her homework assignments are lowkey and useful. I'm grateful I found her for my journey to learn Spanish!

I had an awesome class with Paula! She is very patient and kept the conversation engaging and it flowed very easily. She was prompt to correct some of the mistakes I was making in real time which was very helpful. I would highly recommend taking a class with Paula!

Having taken several classes with Paula, I can confidently say she is an excellent teacher. She is calm, patient and exceedingly friendly, but is not afraid to push to you if she thinks you are capable (or are just being lazy). She provides clear lesson plans each class, uses images and other teaching material (which you have access to) to aid explanations, has you take tests to monitor progress and retention, and assigns homework (typically vocab) that will help for the next lesson.
I started started without knowing any Spanish outside of a few words and have been very pleased with progress I have made with her help.
