Ragini

Great lesson with Ragini! Ragini asked me to write a few sentences about a "bad experience" and a "good experience" in my life. I read them to her and she gave me some good feedback. We also continued the story of Pratap from the "Complete Hindi" book. It was good practice. I'm getting better at quickly correcting my reading mistakes. Ragini is focused on helping me improve, and thinks of different activities to keep her lessons interesting!

Great lesson with Ragini! We continued working on exercises from the chapter on "the subjunctive mood". We also had a conversation in Hindi. It wasn't easy for me, but it was good practice to "get out of the comfort zone". Ragini was positive and encouraging throughout!

Great lesson with Ragini! We continued doing the exercises from the "वाला" chapter. We also did some speaking practice, which is something Ragini wants to do in each lesson. I think it's a good idea because it takes me time to work through which patterns to use. I'm glad that Ragini is ready to try different approaches!

Great lesson with Ragini! We started with some basic conversation. Ragini suggested to do this in order to improve listening comprehension and the ability to respond. I thought it was a good approach. After that, we learned about the subjunctive mood. Ragini answered all of my questions before proceeding to the exercises. She is very good at letting me figure out the answer to the questions, which helps develop speaking skills!

So happy with my progress last few months with Ragini. What a gem of a teacher!
