Full-time French teacher from Bordeaux 🍷 | 4000+ lessons | 7 years of experience abroad Struggling with grammar that makes no sense? Afraid to sound silly or freezing up when you need to speak? Can't understand native speakers? I got you! As a language learner myself, I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and currently learning Italian and Turkish. A Master's from Sciences Po 🎓, years in the French diplomatic service and NGOs across Ecuador, Cambodia, Spain and Thailand — and now life in the Caribbean 🏝️, where I surf, dive and dance salsa. That curiosity and appetite for other cultures shape every lesson I give. My approach is direct and results-driven: no endless verb lists, no boring exercises. Each session is built around a real theme and real communication goals — whether you're preparing for a move to France, a trip to Paris, a job interview, or simply want to understand YouTube videos in French. I've helped hundreds of learners go from hesitant to confident, and I've built lasting relationships and friendships with many of them along the way. With me, you'll speak from day one. I really appreciate my classes with Lauren. She’s taking the extra effort to read a book along with me and use that as a tool to help me progress with my language skills. Before starting this book she took the time to use a movie as an opportunity to help me advance.
