Un anno e 4 mesi fa cominciai il percorso di apprendimento con Isaac. È stata la miglior decisione per rendere fluida la conversazione, apprendere nuovo vocabolario in contesto. Isaac ha il dono di creare un ambiente di apprendimento sereno, rilassato, fornendo feedback immediati. Sempre attento alla gestione dell'errore come momento di crescita, all'ascolto attivo dei bisogni e difficoltà dei suoi studenti.
