Letícia Sobreira

Letícia is a great instructor! I tried out a few Brazilian Portuguese teachers on iTalki before deciding to stick with Letícia. She is organized, prepares interesting topics to discuss that help me learn new vocabulary, phrases, and verb tenses. She is a great conversationalist and is able to keep the conversation going while giving me detailed corrections, which I really appreciate. I really enjoy being corrected as my purpose is to improve my command of the language. I appreciate the homework she gives me to ensure that I'm consistently making progress. I do feel that I am making progress, little by a little, as the process should go. Eu sei que com a ajuda dela, um dia serei capaz de falar fluentemente. Muito obrigado mesmo, Letícia.

Leticia is a great teacher! I am a Portuguese beginner and her personal lesson planning approach makes me learn at my own pace while having fun on the way! Since day 1 she made me feel like Portuguese learning was going to be an awesome journey accounting for both my Spanish and English proficiency. That really helped me feel comfortable and welcomed in the language learning community. She's the best!

Letícia is a great teacher from the short time I've spent with her. I'm looking forward to future classes with her and I think her approach is perfect if you want to progress all aspects of your Portuguese in a friendly and comfortable environment.

Letícia is incredible! She is very excellent at adjusting to the level of the student, and teaching exactly what they need. Her classes are fun, engaging, and you learn at a tremendous pace. After 3 months with Letícia, I am now able to speak on A2 level. Can’t wait to learn more! 😁 Warning: you will never want a different tutor!

Leticia is great! She is so friendly and easy to talk with about almost anything. She notes corrections and ways to improve after the class as well as sending ideas for self-improvement in between lessons.
