Hallo!
My name is Leopold, and I am a native German speaker born in Hamburg, in the northern part of Germany. I graduated with a Master's degree in Education from the University of Hamburg.
I am passionate about football, nature, and exploring various cultures and cuisines. Over the years, I have assisted numerous students in achieving their language learning goals. My aim is to teach the German language and culture in a natural manner, enabling individuals to communicate with confidence.

In addition to my academic pursuits in education, I have acquired extensive experience working in different schools in Hamburg. Additionally, I had the privilege of teaching the German language to students at the German School in Rio de Janeiro.
Nonetheless, my true passion lies in working with adults, particularly in an online environment characterized by a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Conversation-based Instruction: I customize lessons to your interests, promoting conversational fluency by discussing topics you're passionate about.

Deutsch Lehren Lernen® (DLL) Standard - Goethe-Institut - 2024Fortbildung Deutsch als Fremdsprache (DLL – Deutsch Lehren Lernen)
Im Rahmen der Fortbildung wurden zentrale Kompetenzen für den Unterricht Deutsch als Fremdsprache erworben. Inhalte waren unter anderem der Fremdsprachenerwerb, kompetenzorientierte Unterrichtsplanung, Gestaltung von Aufgaben und Interaktionsformen im Unterricht, der Einsatz geeigneter Lehr- und Lernmedien sowie die Reflexion und Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Lehrkompetenz und Unterrichtsgestaltung.

Sprachförderlicher Fachunterricht - Universität Hamburg - 2022Im Kurs wurden sprachliche Qualifikationen und formale Kooperationsmethoden im Unterricht erörtert. Dabei lag ein Schwerpunkt auf dem Verständnis und der Interaktion im Unterricht, einschließlich Handlungsformen und Monitoring. Zudem entwickelten wir sprachhandlungsbezogene Beobachtungsfähigkeiten und besprachen die Herausforderungen und Förderung in der Sprachdiagnostik.
