Do you feel nervous or stuck when speaking Korean, even if you know the grammar?
With a background in Korean Language Education and Psychology, I help learners reduce mental pressure and speak Korean using shorter, clearer sentences in focused 45-minute lessons. My lessons are structured, supportive, and focused on real communication.
I’ve also studied English, Chinese, and Thai. As a language learner myself, I know how confusing it can be to learn a new language. In our lessons, you won’t just study grammar or memorize words. You’ll learn how to use Korean in everyday situations and speak more naturally. I’ll help you build confidence with step-by-step support and fun practice.我的教學經歷
I started teaching Korean in Laos back in 2016, and I’ve been teaching online since 2020.
Since then, I’ve worked with students in many different settings like one-on-one lessons, small group classes, and fully customized online courses. I’ve taught over 5,500 hours of Korean to students from countries like Canada, the UK, Thailand, China, France, Russia, Singapore, and more.
Because everyone learns Korean for different reasons, I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Some students want to speak more comfortably in daily conversations or while traveling, while others need Korean for work, school, or longer-term goals. My lessons are level-based and goal-focused, so each student can study with a clear direction.
• Beginner – We focus on understanding basic sentences and slowly building your own.
• Intermediate – We practice making longer, more natural sentences and using Korean in everyday life.
• Advanced – We explore news articles, books, and discussion topics to improve fluency and expression.
• Business – We work on practical workplace Korean, including emails, phone calls, and polite expressions.
• Test preparation – For TOPIK or other exams, I guide you through the process step by step with targeted practice.我的教材

🌟 I highly recommend Teacher Heejin! we have been studying together over a year now and I can tell she’s incredibly patient and never rushes me, even when our class time is technically over. Time flies during our lessons because I feel so comfortable asking questions—even after class—and she always takes the time to explain things thoroughly.
She has the talent of understanding my attempts sentences in korean even though it does not make any sense haha once I had a bad experience with a teacher who didn't allow me to make any mistakes so scary!
What I really appreciate is how she creates personalized Quizlet cards for each chapter, which makes reviewing vocabulary so easy. Plus, we have a shared Google Doc where she corrects my sentences and upgrades them into more fluent, natural Korean. I can always go back to it to study expressions that I actually want to use. Thanks to her, I feel like I’m really improving—not just in grammar, but in expressing myself more naturally. 🙏💬🇰🇷

I love how she gives me homework for pratice and we go over what we learn in the last class and introduces me to new topic slowly as . She super nice and always let me think and does not go to fast in a lesson .

I love my lessons with her , we do vocabulary of something current in my life , then we learn some Hangeul characters and we do sentences that I can read . I love when she show me the books we will be using . She recaps everything at the end for me and she send it to me , it easy for me to print out the stuff she gives me as well .
