永齡課輔教師全課程研習結業證書 - 財團法人永齡教育基金會 - 2022我於2022年1月完成由永齡・鴻海台灣希望小學教學認證暨研發中心舉辦的「永齡課輔教師全課程研習」，總時數19小時，並獲頒結業證書。課程分為共同科目與國語專業科目，內容涵蓋教學理念、學習扶助、學生心理與語文教學方法，理論與實務並重，著重學生差異與多元學習策略之應用。
共同科目包括：課輔教學理念、學習扶助概論、有效支持案例、評量與診斷、學生心理輔導（共9小時）。國語科部分則包含閱讀理解、生字與生詞教學、流暢性訓練與自學活動設計（共10小時）。
透過本次研習，我提升了語文教學與輔導能力，學習如何因應不同學生需求，設計適切教材並進行有效教學評估。這段經歷深化了我對教育的理解，也奠定了我持續投入語文教育工作的專業基礎。

Another excellent lesson. Kai is always in tune with my interests and knows just how to encourage me into the next level (the zone of proximal development, to use Zygostsky's educational parlance) for improving while sustaining my Taiwanese.

Impressed by the way that Kai can steer and facilitate conversation into areas of interest (discussing inter al. cremation, cycling, left-handedness, and colonialism) while stretching my Taiwanese - and enthusing me to want to stretch my Taiwanese - incrementally to a higher level. Kai's approach exemplifies Zygotsky's "zone of proximal development" mode of tuition.
