A Thoughtful and Adaptable Approach to Language Learning I'm thrilled with the approach Pirmin has taken to language learning. Together, we are exploring how I best acquire language, and I deeply appreciate his flexibility in adjusting methods to help me develop a native-like ability in German. Our discussions about CrossTalk—recently popularized by Dreaming Spanish—have been eye-opening, leading me to explore the work of Stephen Krashen. Dr. Krashen's hypotheses have reinforced what I’ve intuitively known about language acquisition for a long time. This realization has been so profound that I’ve even worked with my current iTalki Spanish teacher to adapt our lessons to align with Krashen’s methods. My teacher, a linguistics student, strongly supports this shift, further affirming its effectiveness. Thanks to Pirmin’s insights and flexibility, I feel more excited and inspired than ever on this journey.
