Hello! I’m Abe, a TEFL-certified English tutor with over four years of experience in language instruction. I used to teach English at my university, where I worked with foreign exchange students and also had language exchange partners. After that, I decided to pursue my passion for teaching. Along the way, I realized that teaching is a two-way street—you learn just as much from your students as they do from you. I find it incredibly fulfilling to watch my students succeed through their own efforts. I also take great pleasure in breaking down complex ideas in a way that makes them easier to understand. I like to take things slow at the beginning to assess the student’s level and identify any areas of difficulty through basic conversation. From there, I address the initial concerns and tailor the tutoring to fit the student’s specific needs. I make sure to find out if the student wants to focus on improving pronunciation, practicing conversation, or something else. I believe in being patient and not overly pushy, as open communication with the student is key. Currently, I teach conversation practice, pronunciation correction, and interview preparation. My lessons are conducted in English, so I expect students to have an understanding of the language.我的教材

My goal for learning English was simple. I just wanted to communicate clearly at work. I used to get stuck all the time and thought I wasn’t good at English. But after learning with Teacher Abe, I realized it wasn’t about ability; it was about the pressure I put on myself.
His lessons are always calm, supportive, and focused on real communication. He helps me express myself more naturally and corrects me in a way that makes me feel comfortable and confident.
