I was born and raised in Fukuoka, Japan, but in my youth, I traveled around Hokkaido and decided to move there. Later, I spent time in Canada learning how to build log homes. After returning to Japan, I ran a furniture workshop and worked in forest conservation.
However, later in life, I developed a spinal disorder that made it hard to continue physical work. After much reflection, I found a new purpose as a Japanese tutor — helping learners connect with Japan and its language while working from my PC.
My students are making great progress. One passed the JLPT N1 this year, and others now speak much more fluently than before.
Why don’t you join my class and start your own journey in Japan?
我的教學經歷
I have completed a 420-hour Japanese teacher training course and have conducted over 900 lessons. Teaching Japanese has become my second life’s mission — a meaningful and rewarding career that connects me with people around the world.
I have also completed a practical course in “Simple Japanese” and am a certified psychologist, which helps me understand and support each learner’s feelings and motivation.
