Hej! I'm Carolina and I was born and raised outside of Göteborg, Sweden. My passion for dance and teaching brought me to New York City where I have now lived for 10+ years. I love teaching and my teaching has grown from teaching dance to yoga for all ages, teaching at preschools and of course teaching Swedish!
I'm looking forward to create a learning experience together that will be fun and give you the skills you wish to achieve.我的教學經歷
I'm an upbeat, creative teacher who wants your experience learning Swedish to be joyful and not feel like a chore. All learning is "a practice not a perfect" and I want you to feel comfortable to try and make mistakes.
In my years of teaching children I have learned to be flexible and allowing the lesson to follow a natural flow rather than sticking to something that doesn't benefit my students. 我的課程內容與教學風格
I will create lessons that fits your interests and needs and use the material that helps you the best. Everyone learns differently and I take that into account when planning your lessons. I believe in "learning by doing" so my lessons entails practicing what you're learning through easygoing conversations.
If it's of interest to you I can provide homework and material to use between sessions.
I love teaching all ages and here on Italki I will also offer Swedish for Kids.我的教材

I just finished my first conversation with Carolina, and det var fantastiskt! Carolina had so much energy. She gave me ample opportunity to talk, but she also provided me with lots of opportunity to listen. The lesson time just flew by. I am very interested in meeting with her again.
