Certified Teacher with 1,000+ Hours Taught Sawaddee ka!
My name is Iana. I recently graduated from the Faculty of Education at Chulalongkorn University and currently live in Tokyo, Japan. I’m originally from Udon Thani, Thailand, and I love sharing Thai language and culture with people from all over the world.
I have over two years of teaching experience and more than 1,000 hours of teaching practice. During that time, I've worked with students from different countries, backgrounds, and language levels. One of my favorite things about teaching is seeing my students become more confident and comfortable using Thai in their daily lives.
I believe learning a language should be fun, practical, and stress-free. Making mistakes is a normal part of learning, so there's no need to feel nervous in my class! My goal is to create a friendly and supportive environment where you can enjoy learning and feel confident speaking Thai.
In our lessons, we can focus on speaking, listening, reading, and/or writing based on your goals. Whether you're learning Thai for travel, work, relationships, moving to Thailand, or simply because you love the language, I'll create lessons that fit your needs.
My teaching style is patient, relaxed, and flexible. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I'll adapt the lessons to your pace and learning style. Whether you're a complete beginner or already have some experience with Thai, I'll guide you step by step and help you reach your goals.
