Hello and welcome to my profile! I will be happy to help you improve your French or English for your personal or professional needs.
I have a BA & an MA in English (Sorbonne University), and professional certifications in teaching (Cambridge CELTA), translation (Institute of Linguists) and journalism (UCLA Ext).
I have business experience in several fields: pharmaceutical business intelligence, international sales and foreign direct investment.
I know the challenges of studying languages as I am a language nerd myself, who speaks Spanish, Catalan, Italian, German and Mandarin at various levels of fluency.我的教學經歷
I have 6 years’ experience teaching online and many more face-to-face. I enjoy teaching as I get to meet new people and share my strategies for learning languages.
Over the years I have passed several language exams, including Mandarin Chinese HSK4 (the 4th of 6 levels), Goethe Institut’s B2 German (with a 100% score in speaking), a C2 exam in Spanish and a B2 test in Catalan.
I have worked in the US, UK, France and Spain as a focus group moderator and a sales executive. These days, when I am not teaching, I work as a Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) consultant, helping economic development agencies from all over the world attract investors.我的課程內容與教學風格
