I'm Krista. I've been teaching English for 15 years. I'm from America, but now I live in Bangkok, Thailand. Before, I lived in South Korea. I love travelling all over Asia. When I'm not travelling, I play board games with my friends or enjoy a quiet evening at home watching K-dramas. If you meet me in class, please tell me all about yourself. I'll listen, and you’ll do most of the talking. That’s what you’re here for, right?
I am CELTA-certified. I've been teaching English for 15 years. I'm a language and public speaking trainer for companies in Bangkok, Thailand. Praise from clients say I create a comfortable environment to improve their confidence in leading meetings and presentations.
I am the go-to teacher for high-level one-on-one courses, where I get the student to lead the conversation. My lessons incorporate learners' personal interests and real-life experiences to inspire them to have a lot to talk about.
I teach English conversation for all levels, starting from basic, to pre-intermediate, to advanced. I also teach business English, academic English, and IELTS preparation.
In my class, I give my students pdfs of professional textbooks. I also make my own custom learning materials. I provide learners the structure and vocabulary they need to use more accurate and creative language.
From A1 to C2, I encourage students to see the grammar concepts I teach as the building blocks they can use to start communicating in English at any level. I can break down complic...我的教材
