Explore the Future through Japanese Language | From Daily Talk to the Deep Ideas About Me: Hello, I’m Masaharu. I offer Japanese lessons that go beyond vocabulary, grammar and conversation — lessons that open a path from Japanese language to new ways of thinking. My Background: Native Japanese, with professional experience working for over 20 years internationally in English for a multi-national computer company. Teaching Japanese online to learners worldwide in English. Studied philosophy: phenomenology and process philosophy, and interested in how language emerges in face-to-face interactions. Patient guidance. What is called a beginning? There is no beginning prior to the beginning. The beginning of the beginning is immediately cast into a contemporaneity where no causal relationship obtains: freedom. I am constantly experimenting in interaction to students' individual curiosity without being bound by preconceived methods of teaching Japanese. Every lesson can be a creative act. The contents of the lessons I am currently giving/have given are as follows: - Intuit the essence of Japanese - Clarify the construction in Roman - Deconstruct Minna no Nihongo - Conversation about any topics of interest - [TBD] Learn Japanese from manga; the analogy between α) pictures with speech bubbles and β) kanji with ruby - Prepare for JLPT; maximize the use of abduction, neither deduction nor induction, using limited knowledge - Read novels - Memorize numerous kanji by free association

Great first lesson. Even though I still find it hard to express myself in Japanese and the fact that we were chatting about rather difficult philosophical subjects, Masaharu先生 still understood what I was trying to say and we were able to have a very interesting conversation.
