Hello, my name is Saief Shaw and I teach Dutch here on Italki. I come from Suriname, which is located in South America. I speak fluent Dutch and English.
Nederlands wordt hier op school onderwezen, omdat Suriname ooit een kolonie van Nederlands was. Mijn hobbies zijn reizen, gymen en alles wat betreft Electronica. Ik besteed het grootste deel van mijn vrije tijd aan het bestuderen van nieuwe elektronica en wat nieuws daarin voorkomt. Momenteel studeer ik voor elektrotechnisch ingenieur.我的教學經歷
I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic and respectful. I am here to help my students; that is why I like when my students make mistakes. Because if you're not trying, then you cannot make mistakes.
Ik probeer mijn lessen leuk en gedenkwaardig te maken voor mijn studenten en ik probeer ze altijd op alle mogelijke manieren te helpen om ons doel aan het einde van de les te bereiken.我的課程內容與教學風格
Ik geef graag conversatielessen maar ook kan ik u helpen met het voorbereiden van interviews, het maken van verslagen, lezen, schrijven en zinnen vormen met behulp van teksten
Daarnaast kan ik u ook helpen om vertrouwd te raken met termen uit de elektronicawereld.
Ik gebruik handboeken als Electronics Principes en Computertechniek. Ik kan u begeleiden in Microsoft Words, Excel en PowerPoint en u wegwijs maken in die termen.我的教材

This has been my first time taking Dutch classes, and I'm happy with what I've learned so far. Saief has always patient with me even when I mix up languages and he has also encouraged me to keep practicing, which I really appreciate. I've also learnt a lot about Surinam along the way!
