Hello! I’m Jin, a certified Korean teacher with 9 years of experience. I’ve taught Korean since 2016 in schools, an immigrant center, and online since 2022. I hold a Master’s degree in Korean Language Education and can communicate in Korean, English, and conversational Spanish.
I think learning Korean should be meaningful, practical, and matched to your pace. In my classes, you’ll learn how Korean is actually used in everyday life—not just textbook sentences. I provide plenty of speaking practice so even slow learners can build confidence.

I’ve taught Korean to learners from teenagers to adults, both offline and online.
My students come from diverse backgrounds and study Korean for travel, TOPIK, daily life, or work.

My language level is very weird given my on-and-off self-study, and Hye-jin was patient and understanding. She was able to adapt materials so that we could see where my level was and what I needed to learn and what areas I could skip. It was an amazing experience, and I am looking forward to learning more!

i lost count of the number of lessons I had. 선생님 is so attentive and kind and would adjust her lessons to suit you along the way. you learn not only grammar and vocab, but also practise your listening and speaking with her. short homework would be given after each class as well.

I only had one class with her but it was super nice! I at first was super nervous but throughout it I was able to relax because of how nice she was! Overall it was a really nice experience and I'm defiantly taking another lesson.
