Grammar geek. Language enthusiast. Pronunciation doctor. Teaching languages since 2014. 🙂 Hello! My name is David. I was born in The USSR and I am currently living in Armenia. I am fluent in four languages. I have been teaching since 2014. Things I can help you with: - Grammar (a brief outline): ◽️ Genders ◽️ The Russian cases (the six main cases and more) ◽️ Verb tenses ◽️ Verb aspects ◽️ Verbs of motion (Motion verbs) ◽️ Reflexive verbs ◽️ Comparative and superlative forms ◽️ Short-form adjectives ... (the more you learn the more you like grammar because grammar is difficult and wonderful) - Pronunciation and Accent Reduction - Vocabulary - Speaking Confidence - Speaking Practice - Reading Comprehension also - Spoken Phrases and Idioms - Cultural Insights My students are: Entrepreneurs, software engineers, CEOs, college teachers, college/university students, ballet dancers ... I've taught people from all over the world. I've taught students of different ages starting from 5 to 60+. (I currently don't teach kids.) See you in class soon! :-) My main emphasis is daily spoken language. So I don't use old fancy materials like old fairy tales from 19th or 18th century. Although we could, of course, if you want. I'm a big supporter of comprehensive approach. So I think you need grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening at the same time but I tend to concentrate more on daily spoken language. I use whole bunch of different materials. I use textbooks, videos... Sometimes we even sing songs to improve your pronunciation and vocabulary. Thanks again,...
