I was born and raised in Romania, and I graduated the University of Politehnica, Timisoara, the department of Translation and Interpretation in English and French. I also hold a Business & Administration Diploma and a Public Service Interpreting Diploma in British Law. Currently I live in the UK and I love foreign languages and teaching as well as reading and spending time with friends.
I can teach you the fundamentals of the language, grammar & phonetics so you can either have a conversation, write or both in Romanian.

With a track record of in-depth knowledge of the Romanian language I can teach you grammar and the basis of the language so you can have a conversation in Romanian. I am the person who can teach you the cultural differences & the subtleties between Romanian and other languages. I am able to have conversations one on one with you in order for you to get used to sounds which may not exist in your language. My teaching style is based entirely on your needs. Do you work full time and are available only after 5pm? Not a problem, we can work around that. My way of teaching is interactive study, making it fun through different types of exercises which can help you understand the grammar, the spelling and the cultural differences. I feel the need to write another wonderful review about Roberta! I haven't taken to the Romanian language as quickly as I would like, however, Roberta makes me feel encouraged to keep practicing! She is so incredibly kind, patient, and really thinks of ways to set up lessons and homework so that I can comprehend the information. I am very thankful for Roberta in many ways!

It's nice to know the "Why's" behind the language and not just the "how's."
Roberta took the time to ask about my current language level, goals, and comprehension and even taught me some words and phrases in the trial lesson.
